Cancellation
If the Chamber cancels an event that has been paid for by a Credit Card the full amount will be refunded within seven working days. If you want to cancel a booking for an event within seven days of the event a refund, less a 15% adminstration charge, will be refunded within seven working days. No refunds will be given for cancellations up to six days of an event. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statuary rights.
